First off I have to say that i absolutely love the angle and tones in this piece, but i don't really see much of the fog, just a little bit in the top right corner, however the perspective of the piece and the light on the plants makes the piece great. The light reflecting off the road is also amazing.
All in all the piece looks very surreal (especially with that blur in the back) and i love it it's a great piece that catches the eye. And the reflections in the glass also make it a tad surreal (in the top left hand corner part of the reflection looks like a face).

excellent angle..
actually this is my angle too.. i usually use to place my camera on floor to find an angle what a normal human eye can't see through...
